HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE YOUR PRODUCT?

Our lashes can be used up to 25 times with proper care

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from nawallashes.com.

  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
  • Packages returned back to nawallashes.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement. Should you require further assistance, please email info@nawallashes.com.

WHAT IF THE LASHES I RECIEVE ARE DEFECTIVE?

If an item may be considered defective, please email info@nawallashes.com indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by nawallashes.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A DAMAGED OR A MISTAKE ?

Please email info@nawallashes.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All mistakes or damaged orders must be resolved within 7 business days of original contact to receive full credit/replacement.

To Resolve mistake or damaged order’s quicker, please provide the following in email:

  • Order #
  • Shipping Address of Order
  • Pictures of all products received
  • Picture of Packing slip included
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Nawal Lashes  is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left the NL facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Nawallashes.com is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Nawallashes.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 7 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

*We offer faster shipping alternatives with an additional shipping cost, if you would like to receive your package sooner please contact us at info@nawallashes.com.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. International Orders:

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Nawal Lashes does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Offers & Damages:

Nawal Lashes occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions sign up for our newsletter.

If you receive any damaged products, please address your concern to info@nawallashes.com.  Once reviewed  damaged products will be replaced by NawalLashes.com. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from the customer.
